It is Maria´s day today. The angel told Maria that she will get Jesus baby. What a big joy Maria had after she believed that it is true for a poor girl.
In Finland the old people told that if there is much snow on the roof on Marias day there will be much snow in field (furrow) on the first of May. Oh, no! If it is true this year, there will be very late spring. We have so much snow now and have had cold nights. Yesterday we had +1 degree and it was funny. We got even some rain showers.
We have a plan to make a trip to the cottage today. It is exciting to see how it has spent the winter.
