Nice ice/January

The ice is so strong now that we can walk and ski on it.It would be a too heavy work to do a hole for swimming now.You know, that the Finns are swimming allso at the wintertime, don´t you?

Here is a new kind of picture again. You can see how the road comes down the hill. The cottage-Mökki is near to sauna-most important place(MIP) for the Finns- and the cabin where we have had our two summers is now high on the hill. The beach (I´m laughing!Can one really call this kind of a swimming place a beach?)is near to sauna for adults and on the left side (not seen on the picture) is a nice place for the kids. Grand childrends´best-they-know in Mökki at the summertime is swimming and MIP. They could do it all the day, I think. The older ones do it only once a day, or maybe twice, if our doughters are there. We ladies love the MIP-mornigs at the holliday times!
